Stage-I

1.Students desirous taking admission in RCPP’s professional computer course should contact their nearest authorized RCPP study centre.

2. After taking admission in computer course of their choice in RCPP study centre, the students will get a fee receipt from the receipt will have a unique receipt number.

Stage-II

3.Then the students after taking admission of their choice of study centre will have to do online registration on RCPP website www.rcppmail.org, within 15 days from their taking admission in the study centre ,They will have to enter the fee receipt no ,during the process of online registration .For further queries & Information the students may contact their respective study centre and RCPP website www.rcppmail.org . The students should take the printout of filled online registration form and send to RCPP HO with requisite amount of IPO/DD/CASH.

4.After submission of online registration form the website will generate submission receipt. The students should take printout of this submission receipt and keep it as a proof of online registration.

5.The confirmation of registration of the students will sent through E-mail or SMS on their respective cell or on the cell of their respective centre heads, giving details of ID No. & registration No. The students can also logon to RCPP websitewww.rcppmail.org for their confirmation of registration after 7days.

Stage-III

6.The online Examination form will be filled up by the examinee before one month from the date of examination. The online submission of examination Form will be done on RCPP websitewww.rcppmail.org .The students should takeout the printout of filled online examination form and send to RCPP HO with requisite amount of IPO/DD/CASH .The student will get a examination receipt generated by the system (website). The student should keep the printout receipt as a proof.

7.The Confirmation of acceptance of online examination form of examinee will be sent through E-mail or SMS on their respective cell or on the cell of respective study centre head with details of unique no. after 7 days. The examinee can get their admit card on RCPP website after entering this unique no (got through E-mail or SMS)

Stage-IV

8.After confirmation of online examination form the students can access the admit card after & days, by entering the unique number which they will get through E-mail or SMS.

9.The examination will be held online before the examination the examinee will get a unique Secret Code which they will get at the examination Venue. The Student should take their exam seat at the exam venue before 1 hr. Of the exam schedule positively. The examinee should bring I-card, Admit card (with color photograph) compulsory.

Stage-V

10.The examinee will get their result immediately after submitting their answer sheets. The students can take printout of their result .The result will also be available on RCPP website www.rcppmail.org till 30 days after the exam. The examinee can enter their Exam Roll No to know their result.

11.The provisional passing Certificate will be available on RCPP website after the exam .The examinee can take provisional certificate after visiting the RCPP website and entering their Exam Roll no. Note:-Student should keep the Photocopy of filled online form /online registration form & requisite amount of IPO/DD/CASH, and send the form and IPO/DD/CASH to RCPP HO only through registered post or courier.
