1   The person should be citizen of India & Should be Graduate or Above 10+2 in any stream .

2   The person having knowledge of computer at least 6 months with practical teaching experience in any institute or organization .

3   Age of the person should be more than 18 years.

4   For authorized study center 400sqft area. The premises should be clean, sufficient and easily accessible for the students under consideration.

5   It is expected to have (or easily accessible) basic facilities for students like sufficient Computer system ,UPS, Furniture ,drinking water, Toilet, first-aid etc.

6   The sufficient number of students and course undertaken. The member will have to follow RCPP guidelines in this regard.

7   The expert faculty should be arranged for the students by study center.

8   The students should be allowed to do extra practice in free time on first come first basis.

9      50% Free Education to physically handicapped students.

10    Monthly Report to be sent in proper format to regional office by Centre head.

11    Sufficient local advertisement and publicity are responsibilities of institute owner. RCPP will provide guidelines for the same and may help in free publicity of the events.

12    A written agreement will be signed between the Centre head and a representative of reason and the rules mentioned should be followed by both.

13    RCPP can use the space of the branch for organizing Govt. activities or the activities of the organization.

14    Registration Fee or centre affiliation fee (for three years) According to the category of the working place

15    Centre affiliation or authorization will be renew in every year according to the report of the study centre (Audit & Annual Centre Report) .

16    The Minimum distance between two RCPP Study centre in town is 2 KM & in village 3 KM .
