Last 6-8 years there has been a tremendous development in the I.T Scenario. Technology has been creating an extra edge for the user's in almost eery field. right from businessman to employees, executives, housewives, students ,everyone needs computer education computers have started playing a critical role in our day to day life. Though large number of students graduates every year from various computer institutions .Yet there is a shortage of numerous computer professionals in the country. The emphasis of the central government on the National I.T policy and the set up of "I.T TASK FORCE” for implementing "I.T education for all" has been quite a welcome move. Similar type of project was also launched by "NAGPURI KALA SANGAM , RANCHI ( JHARKHAND) " by the name of " Rashtriya Computer Prashikshan Pariyojna" (RCPP) on 29^th MARCH 2003.

This project has been chalked out extensively to bring out he hidden talents from various parts of   JHARKHAND State (including ,Rural area's.) The main motive of this project is to create one lac (1,00,000) computer literates by the year 2012 A.D. The moto of the project is not only to develop a good base of trained users but also to create opportunities for many to undergo various high-end training programme’s in computers.

As this project mainly aims at creating computer awareness among the people , there is no age or qualification restrictions. The most important feature of R.C.P.P is the use of Hindi language in computer field. Another important feature of this project is the low fee structure. Only examination fees and Certificate fee will be charged . Rest educational training ,and course materials are being provided free of cost .

There fore this is justified to call it free computer training programme. This project has successfully executed 250 study centre’s at different places of Jharkhand state till now . The main objective of the project is "FREE COMPUTER EDUCATION FOR ALL” In order to create 1,00,000 computer literates by the year 2012. It’s really a dream project for the people of Jharkhand .

This project provides the facility to each and every person to be a computer literate The main thing about this is, that it has neither age problem nor qualification .This project works in towns as well as in villages . It is a flower whose fragrance has almost reached in all part of Jharkhand as well as the whole country . According to its name it shows that it works for Gramin civilization .

Actually India is a country of village. Therefore development of India totally depends upon development of Indian villages.To keep this in mind “Nagpuri Kala Sangam institute” works with the help of (RCPP) for the development of India. It is at present already working for the assimilation of rural cultures with information technology. It works for those persons either (men &women) who wants to join with it ( RCPP) but they could not succeed due to financial problem.

At last but not least, according to me India is a country of villages and development of it depends upon rural upliftment . Our (RCPP) programme is based on it . So our Project must and well   succeed. It means future of (RCPP) is bright.
The main function of the society is to provide higher technical education in nominal charges for every group of society of Urban & Rural areas all over India and get success in computer revolution which is the main dream of Indian Govt.
In present time, some big Institution run their one-year or more than one-year programmer in higher charges. Due to which the middle class families of our societies cannot afford the load of their charges. Our mission studied their theme properly and decided to provide better higher technical education in computer all over India.

RCPP is a leading Computer Education network of INDIA having over 250 Affiliated Centers Essentially in training , servicing and production, specially in the field of computer education. The Organization has its spread in 8 states of the country including, Chhatisgarh, Uttar Pradesh,Rajasthan,Delhi , Bihar, Jharkhand ,Orrisa and west Bengal . The uniqueness of the organizations lies in its reach to the grassroots level, which also provides excellent opportunity for placement and growth.
